At Dilara Findikoglu, we accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all security tags intact. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimate apparel and custom-made pieces are non-returnable.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team at customercare@dilarafindikoglu.com with your order number and reason for return to receive an official Return Authorization.
Prepare the Shipment
Place the items in their original designer packaging and ensure all branded tags and security seals remain undisturbed to qualify for a refund.
Dispatch the Package
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier verifies the condition of the returned garment, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
